Sometimes God works in mysterious ways. There was absolutely no reason that I should have paid this wonderful man any attention. But he was persistent. 
It's been a long and strange journey but we have made it! Living 1,103.5 miles away from each other (at least that's what Alexa says) has been a struggle, but when you have found someone worthy of your love, you make a way.
I found this saying shortly after I found Rod (well, truth be told, he found me). It sums us up perfectly.
